Diane Lietz - Meet the Provider

Meet the provider

Diane Lietz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has been caring for others for over 12 years as a board-certified family nurse practitioner, but her passion for helping people goes back even further. Growing up in a small farming community in central Illinois, Diane learned early on the value of hard work, compassion, and community. After earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University, she began her journey as an RN, diving into the world of cardiac and intensive care, emergency medicine, and occupational health.

Through her 35 years as a nurse, Diane has always been passionate about empowering her patients—whether it’s helping them manage chronic conditions, recover from illness, or find their way to better health. She later earned her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University, allowing her to expand her ability to provide comprehensive, personalized care.

At DiNamic Wellness Clinic, Diane is excited to offer a range of services, from weight loss management and wellness counseling to addressing both men’s and women’s health concerns. She understands that everyone’s health journey is unique, and she’s committed to being there for her patients every step of the way.

Andi - RN Injector & Marketing Manager

RN Injector & Marketing Manager

Hi there! I’m Andi, and I’m a registered nurse. My passion for healthcare, wellness, and helping others feel their best led me to the world of nursing and medical aesthetics. I’m a big believer that when you look good, you feel good—and I’m here to make sure you leave DiNamic Wellness feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to take on the world!

Outside of work, my life is just as full. I’m a proud mom to two girls, and we’re always on the go—whether it’s family hikes, weekend events, or just trying to squeeze in some quiet moments at home. Balancing family life with my passion for wellness and aesthetics can be a challenge, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My family keeps me grounded, and they’re a huge part of why I’m so dedicated to what I do.

At DiNamic Wellness, I love building real relationships with our clients. Whether you’re here for Botox, skincare, or wellness treatments, I want to make sure your experience is personalized and enjoyable. I know it can be a little nerve-wracking to try something new, so I’m always here to answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable from start to finish.

Tell us about yourself

I was born and raised on a farm in West Central Illinois and grew up in a small community. After high school, I went to college to study nursing where I met my husband and now we have 3 beautiful daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and 6 grandchildren. For quite some time after nursing school, I contemplated getting my masters degree for years and finally took the jump to go back to become a nurse practitioner (which was something that I had actually set as a goal when I was in my undergraduate at that time). I was able to achieve that goal while managing a family and career as a registered nurse. I’ve been practicing now for over 12 years and have enjoyed serving in the smaller communities, enjoying that small town feel.

Why did you start DiNamic Wellness?

“I started it because I saw a need in our communities, for personalized treatment treatment, and I wanted to be able to take the time needed to truly address the issues in my patients health. In healthcare today it’s always about seeing more patients in a shorter amount of time. I’ve been frustrated by always needing to see more patients in a shorter amount of time and that’s not how I wanted to practice medicine. Nurses have been the most trusted profession across the years and something to the fact of I’ve always been privileged to have patience and connection, leading, having patience, allowing me to become part of their lives and I think that’s an honor to be in that type of a trusting, patient relationship.”

Why did you choose to focus on these particular health issues?

I chose weight management because I’ve seen an increase in patients struggling with obesity. Being overweight is a complex problem that needs to be looked at as a chronic disease process. Oftentimes in our primary care environment, it is difficult to take the time needed to address all the contributing factors that lead to being overweight or obese. We know that obesity can lead to or contribute to heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension, but it can also weigh heavily on patients state of mind. We see a lot of our depression and anxiety alongside this chronic disease process. We have to understand that the patient is more than just, the numbers on on the scale and the numbers on a blood pressure machine. I need to dig in and find out how we can help them address all those factors and come up with a treatment plan that’s going to be sustainable.

Regarding aesthetics and skincare, I feel very passionately about enhancing our own natural beauty. I think our skin shows a glimpse into each of our lives, which is an amazing thing but sometimes we can feel a little insecure of the “life” shown on our skin. I wanted to bring an approach to aesthetics and skincare that is aimed to help those individuals who want to maybe reverse some of those years shown in their skin and bring themselves back to a more youthful, recognizable look. By sitting down and listening to my patients concerns, I can get an idea on how we can best shed some those years but not take away from their natural beauty.

What can a patient expect to experience when choosing DiNamic?

A personal touch! I will be a one woman show at first. That means when you contact DiNamic Wellness, either via email or call, it will likely be me answering. I’ll want to address physically what’s going on but also want to think about the emotional and/or spiritual you also. So I will be talking about the goals that you have and also be talking about real life situations and how we can help you through developing healthy habits so it will be sustainable for you.

What is your favorite part of patient care?

My favorite part of patient care is getting to know my patients and talking with them about their health care issues. I think its such a fun and unique aspect of healthcare that is often overlooked by other providers. I feel that creating those relationships and connections with my patients allows me a glimpse into their lives in which I think helps me to better understand their needs.
