Do I have to be seen in the office?

Some services can be provided online or with Telehealth. Men’s health programs do require the first visit to be in office. I strongly encourage the Weight Management program initial visit to be in the office. It is required that you be seen in person prior to being prescribed phentermine as part of a weight management program.

Do you take insurance?

DiNamic Wellness Clinic accepts most debit/credit cards for easy payments. Our practice does not work directly with insurance companies to pay for the medical visits or medications. You may use your insurance to cover the blood tests that will be ordered. We are happy to provide all the necessary documentation you need so you can submit to your insurance or to your HSA for possible reimbursement.

How much do these programs cost?

The comprehensive initial consultation for our weight management and men’s health programs are listed. During this visit we will discuss the most appropriate plan of care for you and discuss the monthly cost. We do offer a discount for purchasing a multi-month plan.

Why are labs needed?

Lab work is needed to fully assess your health and help determine which program will be best for you. Lab fees are not included in the monthly fees. Lab orders are sent to Quest Diagnostics and fees will be paid to DiNamic Wellness Clinic prior to collection. You may choose to use your insurance and orders will then be sent to a lab or your choice. You will be responsible for any deductable or co-payments required. Ideally you should have blood drawn about 1 week prior to the consultation. We will reach out to you to arrange for this to be completed.

Where do these medications come from?

All prescription medications and supplies are delivered to your doorstep from a fully accredited and licensed US Pharmacy. Some medicines require a signature upon delivery.

If my condition cannot be diagnosed or treated do you offer refunds?

DiNamic Wellness goods and services are non-refundable. This is because medications sent are specifically compounded for each individual and cannot be returned once the order and shipment is sent out. There is one exception: If you are seeking help for a dermatologic condition in which a diagnosis cannot be determined you will be charged a $35 consultation fee and referred to another provider for follow up care.
